Working closely with the owners, this small scale project was an opportunity to bring permeable paving, recycled building materials, and custom metal work to a newly terraced landscape.  We included an outdoor terrace for gathering, a stepped path in the grass to the father’s writing studio, flower beds for gardening, a water feature for wildlife, and a half pipe for the youngest son’s skate boarding hobby.
