The Saratoga is a high end residential redevelopment of a 1950's building in the Central Business District of New Orleans. It has a communal outdoor lounge on the 3rd floor and private roof terraces associated with each penthouse on the 15th floor. Heavy Meadow designed the layout and plantings for all three of these spaces.
