This is a preliminary design for a new entry from Freret Street to Newcomb Place with a modified neutral ground in front of the Howard Tilton Memorial Library. The design anticipates the arrival of a vehicular-free quad at the heart of campus and seeks to make places for pedestrians in what is currently an area dominated by the car.
